At all times, the integrity of the data on Business Administrator must be maintained. It comes to pass, then, that a system must be offered for training purposes, for experimenting, and a variety of other reasons: roll in the Training Database.
All licences allow the use of the training database, but, under the terms of the licence, it cannot be used for any commercial purpose. And, remember, only one database is allowed per company, excluding the Training Database.
The Training Database is essentially a clone of your real database at any given point in time. It should be destroyed and re-created as frequently as you use it.
Creating the Training Database.
The Training Database is always saved alongside the real database.
To create a Training Database, you must be able to access Server Management. If you can’t access Server Management, ask someone in your organisation who can.
Select mode Database Management, then click the command Create Training Database. If a Training Database already exists, Business Administrator might delete it, if it’s not old.
