Improved marketing list export for Business Administrator

We have improved the way Business Administrator handles the export of Marketing Lists, or, rather, the route to exporting contacts to a Word or Excel file. And it’s a lot more consistent.

In addition, it’s easier to select contacts that you want to export. Instead of have to export all contacts in the list, you can now select any number you wish.

The Stealth Marketing system is relatively new to Business Administrator, and had it’s own way of doing things. But that has been bought into line and behaves like other contact management systems in Business Administrator.

Project selection in all modes has been improved. You no longer need to go back to the top level of Project Manager to change projects: it can now be done on the fly from the project tool bar. And the project selection toolbar, while improved, is consistent in all modes of Project Manager.

Business Administrator will also report contacts with addresses that aren’t properly formed, and will also decline to market to those contacts. The benefit of this, of course, is that you are less likely to send badly addressed letters and labels to your marketing contacts.

Reporting of contact information is also vastly improved, and is a lot more comprehensive. Overview of the selected contact, some of their key details, business state, and CRM state are reported to provide you with information that you may wish to know.

We have to some more work with Project Group management, which we’ll work on shortly. And we’ll also be developing the planning systems for Marketing List development, so that you can focus more on getting your marketing campaigns out.
