Properties

Most businesses have to manage a property of some kind. And all properties have to be described for tax purposes, even if the business is borrowing room at your home. This dialogue allows you to tell Business Administrator about the properties you have and how they are managed.

Location: Business Manager, Properties

Overview

Before starting with Properties, be sure that the addresses have already been entered on the system.

Business Administrator will have lots of questions about the properties you have, whether you use them for shops or offices, or for earning income.

Business Administrator will even encourage you to include pictures of your properties. This will help staff identify properties if they work with them. Business Administrator might also use the pictures when it is reporting on them.

If you re using the properties to trade from, Business Administrator can also report on how each property is performing in terms of trade, and can benchmark properties against each other.
