The SM Support dialogue allows you to manipulate contacts within a project or project phase. The dialogue is dedicated to Stealth Marketing and is there to save confusion in Project Manager.

Overview
Some seven functions are provided by this dialogue…
Copy contacts to a new Project List: This function allows you to copy contacts to another list, which is particularly useful if you’ve had a successful marketing campaign and want to develop a new and similar strategy.
Move contacts to a new Project List: This function will take contacts off the existing list and copy them to a new existing list. You might use this if you are developing a campaign and want use these contacts for new ideas
Move contacts to a different Phase: Normally, Business Administrator will move contacts between phases as it feels is appropriate. This function will allow you to move them manually.
Remove contacts from list: Using this, you can remove redundant contacts from a marketing campaign
Make contacts non-marketable: Sometimes, in a campaign, you will find that you can no longer market to contacts, because of legal or other issues. Once contacts have been marked as non-marketable, then it becomes difficult to add them to a marketing list. If you cannot market to a contact any longer then you should mark them as non-marketable rather than deleting them because, if you delete them, it is possible for them to be registered on the system again and become marketable.
Delete contacts immediately: Business Administrator offers a grace period for contacts to be deleted: it won’t delete them immediately. This command forces the issue, and the selected contacts are deleted. It should only be used in extreme circumstances.
Delete contacts after a certain time: With this command, you can override the grace deletion period and enter your own period. However, these contacts will not appear on marketing lists or in display tables unless specifically requested: they are generally rendered useless, but it does give you an improved opportunity to recover them.
In all cases, Business Administrator will ask you to confirm your request before executing the command. Answer the Q&A appropriately, and click Update and Close to finish the process.
