For all the efforts you and Business Administrator put in, contact duplication can still arise. This dialogue offers you route to rebuilding contact details based on both sets of information.

Overview
Despite Business Administrator's anti-duplication laws, it is still possible for contact duplicates to arise. It might, for example, also arise when two apparently different contacts are in fact the same and you want to combine them.
Usage
To start, from the top of the dialogue box, say whether the contact is a person or a company.
Then, in the first drop-down list, choose the contact you want to keep. In the second one, choose the duplicate.
In the lists under those, select the addresses that are identical. Business Administrator will then redress the relationship, updating information, or deleting it, as necessary.
