There are varying situations were Business Administrator must handle a variety of media and so has a comprehensive media management system. This form allows users to manage media to an extent, but it’s biggest objective to show the media base as a library.

Overview
Whether it’s for helping describe people, businesses, properties, products, stock or events, Business Administrator can find an enormous use for media of all types. The objective of this dialogue is to offer its users access to the media that Business Administrator uses.
The Media Library allows listing in the form of an album. It can also list media in the form of a list, thus providing more information of a selected item of media.
When the Media Library opens, it will display media in album mode. You can change the library format from the drop down box at the top of the dialogue.
If the Media Library is taking a long time load, and you want to cancel, you can press Escape. If it is loading, Escape will not close the dialogue. You can see the load progress at the bottom of the dialogue.
Adding Media
You can easily add media to the library by clicking Add Media on the Function Bar. This is not the normal way to add media to the library because there is no way of applying it to something. Also, Business Administrator cleans its media library frequently, and any redundant media is removed. A better way would be to go to edit the entity concerned, say a Person, and add Pictures there.
Migrating media
If you want to move the location where Business Administrator keeps its media, you must use the Migrate All Media command on the Function Bar. This is partly because it makes it easier for you to relocate the media, but it also means that Business Administrator can update its records to the new location. Without it, Business Administrator will effectively have lost the media.
