Supplier Utilities

Supplier Utilities offer a range of solutions for managing the supply chain process.

Location: Various, from Supply Chain Manager

Overview

The dialogue fills in the gaps left out from the mainstream supply chain process managed by Supply Chain Manager. It allows you to deal with adjusting supplier invoices, deal with extraordinary invoices and payments, pay suppliers, manage On-The-Fly invoices, and so on.

Adjusting supplier invoices: Sometimes, Dispute Resolution can be so easy that it is barely worth the words. In such as scenario, after a quick conversation with a supplier, you may agree to alter an invoice for some reason. This should be a two-sided effort made by agreement – don’t just go ahead an alter invoices on your own. This process allows the altering of invoices to save a lot of work later.

Dealing with extraordinary invoices and payments: Sometimes, in business, you will come across transactions that don’t fit into any other process. This system allows you to log the information on Business Administrator and process it competently.

Paying suppliers: This process allows you to tell Business Administrator that you are paying a supplier invoice.

Managing On-The-Fly invoices: On-The-Fly invoices are invoices you receive that are generally unscheduled: their periods are irregular, there is no sensible way to create an order, they are often unexpected and there are a host of other reasons why they are called On-The-Fly invoices. The process allows you to record and pay them in one go.
