Tax Payments

Tax payments are often a heavy bureaucracy that can take time to process. Business Administrator offers ways of simplifying it and making the process faster.

Location: Finance Manager, Taxation

Overview

This dialogue offers a route to paying a variety of taxes. On opening, the dialogue will show which taxes it believes are due. And it will list a number of options for paying unexpected taxes or tax credits.

Double click the class of tax you want to pay to get the detail. Business Administrator will then list the taxes that have already been paid, in reverse chronological order, and will highlight any that are due. If any are due, it will show the Q&A to make a payment.

Complete the Q&A accurately, and move the payment. When you move to pay the tax, the Transactions dialogue will appear asking how the payment was made. Your payment will not be recognised until the Transactions dialogue is complete.

Except for small differences, the process is the same for all tax types.

Business Administrator does ask whom you are making the payment to. It has no particular use for the information other than to provide the information next time, to try and save your time.
